Wow, I love the shading. It really gives her depth, especially in the area of the torso where the shadow from her right arm falls. The foreshortening of the knee closest to us is nice, too.
I didn't find anything off about the head at first glance, but the breasts do seem a tad small for the thickness of the rest of her body. Seems to me like there should be a slight bit of weight to the underside of the one on our right at least.
Then again, what do I know about drawing people? xD I've still gotta +fav this piece. Keep up all the good work!
